Exercise/Movement Therapy
Exercise is medicine. A 21st century lifestyle places significant stress on the body, mind, and spirit, all of which require repair. Exercise is known to be the greatest healing instrument for all facets of life. Thirty minutes a day and you will feel better, look better, and be better.
Session Options:
I. Breath Training: We begin at the absolute base of the pyramid for both exercise and life in general, the breath. You will learn to breath in a fashion that maximizes your body’s potential, thus giving yourself the most powerful tool a living being can own.
II. Biomechanical Training: Once you have become reacquainted with your breath we will begin to move in harmony with the design of your body. You will learn how to move in an elegant and efficient manner that will improve your strength, posture, and well-being.
III. Strength Training: To tie things together, your control of your body and breath will be put to the test as we work to improve strength. Through a variety of exercises you will leave your comfort zone and require your body to change for the better.
