Welcome,

My name is Matthew Spearman, I am currently a strength and conditioning coach along with being a health and wellness influencer.  I have created this blog as a medium by which I share my thoughts, ideas, and products for your interest and benefit.  With everything I write I want readers to question and research for themselves.   At the end of the day, I cannot teach anyone anything, I can only get them to think.

The focus of this website is to help people find the happiness and grace that is, and always has been, within them.   If there is anything I ever speak about that you believe is wrong, please voice your opinion as a comment.  Discussion and refinement of ideas cannot occur without disagreements.
